Chef Manager

About the role

Elior at Work is looking for a proactive Chef Manager to lead on‑site teams, recruit and train staff, and ensure a high‑quality catering service for our clients. This fixed‑term position runs until November 2026, offering a full‑time schedule of Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and manage the on‑site catering team.
• Control and manage the service budget.
• Maintain ongoing team communications, build internal and external relationships, produce management reports and liaise with clients to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with COSHH, food safety, health & safety, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care for customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service.
• Front‑line focus with proven team‑leader experience.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in catering is desirable.
