About the role
We wish to appoint a well‑qualified, enthusiastic and English‑speaking full‑time Chemistry Teacher, with a start date between now and January 2027, depending on the successful candidate’s availability. The role involves teaching Chemistry up to KS5 within the International Baccalaureate (IB) or French International Baccalaureate (BFI) programmes, and may also include teaching all three sciences to Year 10 students.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students up to KS5, following the IB or BFI curricula.
- Potentially deliver Biology, Physics and Chemistry to Year 10 classes.
- Develop and lead extra‑curricular science activities to foster student enthusiasm for the subject.
Required profile
- Well‑qualified and enthusiastic teacher, fluent in English.
- Experience teaching the IB programme is a significant advantage.
- Eligibility to work in the UK education sector, either within the national system or the international school sector.
