About the role
Lead TrustMark through a critical next chapter, delivering strategic leadership, commercial resilience and transformation. The CEO will act as the principal ambassador, building trusted relationships with government, industry and regulators.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversee the organisation’s transformation and growth.
- Maintain commercial sustainability while upholding public‑interest objectives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across government, industry, regulators and commercial partners.
- Inspire and empower senior leaders and staff, fostering confidence and organisational resilience.
- Represent TrustMark publicly, enhancing its influence and relevance in the sector.
Required profile
- Commercially astute, purpose‑driven executive with proven senior leadership experience.
- Background in construction, retrofit, energy efficiency, home improvement, the wider built environment or another regulated consumer‑focused sector.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive organisational change.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong judgement and credibility.

What we offer
- Salary £150,000‑£160,000 per year.
