About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead an early‑stage fintech that is reshaping retirement income through embedded finance, digital payments and wallet technology. The CEO will set strategy, drive commercial traction and build the partnerships needed to scale the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy and growth roadmap.
• Secure strategic partnerships and commercial deals to expand market reach.
• Lead fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and board members.
• Oversee regulatory compliance within the financial services environment.
• Balance high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on execution across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven commercial and strategic leadership experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, WealthTech or regulated financial services.
• Track record of scaling or transforming a high‑growth technology business.
• Strong capability in partnership development and commercial negotiations.
• Experience interacting with investors, fundraising processes and board‑level stakeholders.
• Comfort operating within regulated financial environments.
