About the role
The position is a self‑employed, contract CFO role supporting ambitious private businesses in the £2‑50M range. You will work with business owners, CEOs and MDs to provide strategic finance leadership while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide part‑time CFO services to private companies, helping owners achieve growth, acquisition or consolidation goals.
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering financial insight and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with a network of CFOs and a Regional Director in a collegial environment.
Required profile
- Qualified by a major UK chartered accounting institute and proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director.
- Strong commercial finance and business‑strategy expertise with a track record of success.
- Ability to build long‑lasting client relationships and work independently.
