Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Luxury Hospitality & Wellness

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will join an iconic luxury hospitality and wellness brand that is undergoing a major modernization and expansion programme. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the CFO will steer the group’s financial strategy, capital structure and operational efficiency as it transitions to an asset‑light management and franchise model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board to provide financial vision and support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee allocation, deployment and performance tracking of multi‑million‑pound capital‑expenditure and refurbishment programmes across multiple sites.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, ensuring accurate reporting, covenant compliance and optimal financing structures.
• Lead profitability initiatives, implement cost‑control measures and protect margins amid inflationary pressures.
• Coordinate with top‑tier advisory firms on strategic options, joint‑venture opportunities and corporate valuation milestones.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience (CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director) within luxury hospitality, premium spa/wellness or high‑end multi‑site real estate.
• Track record of governing large‑scale capital programmes and property integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business model transformation from asset‑heavy to asset‑light structures.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of margin protection and cost restructuring.
• Extensive corporate finance and M&A experience, including fundraising and refinancing with institutional partners.
