About the role
This senior leadership position sits within a leading global law firm and is responsible for overseeing Business Development and Marketing across all jurisdictions. You will shape and execute the firm‑wide client and BD strategy, driving growth and commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global Business Development and Marketing departments.
- Develop, deliver and implement a firm‑wide global client and BD strategy.
- Create a proactive, commercial team focused on winning and expanding client accounts.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a global Business Development and marketing team.
- Background in a professional services or law‑firm environment at Director/Head/C‑Suite level.
- Experience working with senior board members and handling strategic operations.
