Chief of Staff - Commercial

About the role

This high‑impact execution role sits at the intersection of product, operations and sales within a fast‑growing seed‑stage fintech. You will embed with global financial institutions to replace manual, governance‑heavy banking processes with AI‑native automation, driving deployments from discovery through to live production.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within bank operations to map complex manual processes across risk, onboarding and pricing into structured workflow designs.
• Configure and deploy AI agents and workflows using the company’s proprietary operating system to automate compliance and administrative burdens.
• Lead commercial execution by running deployment sprints, managing senior bank stakeholders and defining impact metrics for live implementations.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in high‑pressure environments such as MBB consulting, private equity or a VC‑backed scale‑up.
• Exceptional systems thinker capable of translating messy banking policies into clean technical requirements.
• Personable, action‑oriented operator who prefers shipping and iterative problem‑solving over static slide decks.
