Chief of Staff

About the role

The Single‑Family Office is seeking a commercially minded Chief of Staff to professionalise and grow a portfolio of high‑end properties across the UK and Europe. Working closely with the senior finance and operations lead, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of property performance and estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of multiple luxury properties.
• Commercialise underused assets, generating income from rentals, holiday lets and events.
• Own budgets, cost control and cash‑flow planning in partnership with the central finance lead.
• Manage household and estate staff, ensuring standards, performance reviews and smooth operations across locations.
• Lead renovations and capex projects, coordinating contractors, suppliers and agencies.

Required profile

• Experience in a family office, UHNW household, estate management or similar private environment.
• Proven track record in property or estate oversight and commercialisation of assets.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence handling budgets, P&L statements and cost optimisation.
• Ability to drive projects forward while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
