Chief Technology Officer – AI & Data Strategy

About the role

Our client, a leading consulting and delivery firm, helps organisations adopt data, AI and modern engineering. They are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to define technology and AI strategy, elevate engineering excellence and shape strategic client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long‑term technology and AI strategy, including roadmap, architecture and innovation.
• Define scalable, AI‑enabled platforms, set governance for quality and security, and champion modern engineering practices.
• Shape technology and AI positioning in the market and lead high‑impact presales engagements.
• Build close relationships with strategic clients to identify AI‑driven growth opportunities.
• Represent the business publicly as the face of its AI and technology vision through keynotes, content and advisory work.
• Inspire technical leaders and foster an AI‑first, consultative culture.

Required profile

• Senior technology leader (CTO, Chief Architect, Tech Evangelist or similar) with experience in technology services, consulting, systems integration or digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in cloud, data platforms, modern engineering and AI (LLMs, Generative AI, automation, agentic systems).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deals and enterprise presales.
• Exceptional communicator, credible in boardrooms and able to simplify complexity for C‑suite stakeholders.
