About the role
The Legists are seeking a Childcare Solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join their busy Bedford team. You will manage a diverse caseload of public and private children matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
Key responsibilities
- Handle care proceedings, interim care orders, emergency protection orders, special guardianship orders and adoption matters.
- Maintain ownership of cases with minimal supervision.
- Provide strong advocacy throughout each matter.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years PQE in children law.
- Children Panel Accreditation (essential).
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
