About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Childcare Solicitor to join our well‑regarded team in Telford. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload of childcare matters and to provide specialist legal advice within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of childcare cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide expert legal advice on childcare arrangements.
- Engage with Children’s Panel where relevant (advantageous but not essential).
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE.
- Proven experience handling an independent caseload.
- Strong advocacy and courtroom skills.
- Professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence.
