Children's Social Worker – London – Immediate Start

About the role
This temporary full‑time position is with a North London authority seeking a qualified Children’s Social Worker. You will manage a varied caseload of children and young people aged 0‑25, delivering statutory duties across assessment, protection and transition services.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out child and family assessments and develop care plans.
- Handle child‑in‑need and child‑protection cases.
- Manage looked‑after children and related court work.
- Support transition of young people to adult social care.
- Maintain accurate case records and meet statutory deadlines.
Required profile
- Relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work, DipSW or equivalent).
- Registered with the Social Work regulator.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
