About the role
We are seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join a Safeguarding & Assessment Team serving the High Wycombe area. The role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive rate of £40 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of children’s needs and safety concerns.
- Develop and review care plans in collaboration with families and partners.
- Work closely with multi‑agency teams to ensure effective safeguarding.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation.
- Participate in case conferences and review meetings.
Required profile
- Qualified and experienced Children’s Social Worker.
- Ability to work flexibly within a hybrid environment.
- Strong commitment to child protection and safeguarding.
