Children's Support Worker – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to join our team as Children’s Support Workers in Warrington. In this role you will provide daily care and emotional support to vulnerable children and young people, helping them navigate personal challenges while fitting work around your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, empathetic care and daily support to children and young people.
• Manage emotional, learning and behavioural difficulties with patience and understanding.
• Safeguard the wellbeing of all children, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain consistent, high‑standard care.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, families and external partners, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK.
• Experience working with children who have emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service and legal right to work in the UK.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication, resilience and ability to adapt quickly.

• Valid UK driving licence.
