About the role

We are seeking a calm, compassionate professional to support children with learning difficulties and mental health needs in Kingswood, Bristol. You will provide a reassuring presence, help them build confidence, and safely engage in community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote trust and engage vulnerable children using person‑centred care.
• De‑escalate high‑pressure situations while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Maintain accurate daily logs to support multidisciplinary care teams.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure safe participation in community activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of paid care experience in the UK sector.
• Strong emotional resilience and a non‑judgmental attitude toward complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and car access highly desirable for the region.
