Chill Warehouse Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Chill Warehouse Trainer to join our MMID Chill Operations team in Bristol. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality inductions, ongoing training and safety support to warehouse colleagues, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business and site inductions for all new starters.
• Verify completion of new starter paperwork accurately.
• Mentor new colleagues during their first 4–6 weeks.
• Ensure employees understand their roles, responsibilities and training requirements.
• Maintain and update the training matrix across all Chill departments.
• Provide monthly training activity updates at Health & Safety meetings.
• Support regular Risk Assessment reviews and deliver new SSOWs and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct Safety Sweeps as required.
• Deliver refresher training for existing staff.
• Assist with retraining following accident investigations.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Confident communicator with experience delivering presentations or training.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Basic IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
