Christmas Retail Associate – 25 hrs/week

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position runs until 26 December 2026 and offers 25 hours per week in Chester. You will support our stores during the busy Christmas period, so no leave can be taken in December. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support, and you may be required to travel to different stores within your zone.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unload and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up and manage promotional activities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
