Christmas Retail Associate – 30 hrs/week, Coventry

About the role

This is a seasonal, fixed‑term position as a Christmas Retail Associate working 30 hours per week at Coventry Arena Park. You will support busy retail stores during the peak Christmas period, providing face‑to‑face customer service and merchandising expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Receive and put out new stock deliveries
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the store
• Set up promotional activities and displays
• Build relationships with host management teams and identify sales opportunities

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing retail environment (fashion experience a plus)
• Full driving licence and own vehicle for travel between stores
• Availability to start immediately and work the specified shift pattern (6 days Monday‑Friday)
• Ability to work throughout December with no leave authorised

• Use of a modern iOS or Android smartphone for retail apps
