Christmas Retail Associate – Aylesbury (25 hrs/week)

About the role

The Christmas Retail Associate role supports our retail stores during the busy peak Christmas period. You will work 25 hours per week across a shift pattern of five days a week, based in Aylesbury and may travel to other stores in the zone. The position is temporary until 26/12/2026 and requires you to have your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock and ensure accurate placement.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Provide friendly, face‑to‑face customer service and build relationships with host management teams.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting, retail or fashion preferred.
• Available to start immediately and able to work the specified shift pattern.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
