Christmas Retail Associate – Birmingham (15 hrs/week)

About the role
This is a temporary festive retail position covering the busy Christmas period, working 15 hours per week across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The role requires your own vehicle and a full driving licence, and you will be based in Birmingham while potentially travelling to nearby stores.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Set up and support promotional activities.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting; retail or fashion experience is a plus.
- Sales or retail sales experience preferred.
- Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
- Own vehicle and a full driving licence.
