Christmas Retail Associate – Glasgow (Seasonal)

About the role

This temporary, full‑time fixed‑term role supports DCK’s retail stores during the busy Christmas period. It runs until 26/12/2026, offering 20 hours per week across a shift pattern of five Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The role is based on Argyle St in Glasgow, with occasional travel to other stores in the zone. A personal vehicle and a full driving licence are required, and no leave can be taken in December.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unload and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting; fashion‑brand experience is a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
