Cinema General Assistant – Guest Experience

About the role

Join our cinema team as a General Assistant and help deliver an unrivalled guest experience. You will be the friendly face that greets visitors, assists with ticketing and refreshments, and ensures the venue remains clean and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all cinema visitors, managing queues and answering queries about film releases.
• Serve at ticket and refreshment counters, handling sales and cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of auditoria, lobby areas, and facilities.
• Support guests throughout their visit to ensure a memorable experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about cinema and delivering first‑class service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late‑night shifts.
