Cinema Team Member – Guest Experience

About the role

Everyman is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to be the face of its cinemas and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will work in a stylish venue, helping guests enjoy films, food, and drink in a relaxed, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives a high‑quality, friendly experience throughout their visit.
• Assist with ticketing, seating, and general enquiries.
• Serve food and beverages, including pizza, wine, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cinema area.
• Support special events, Q&A sessions, and curated experiences.

Required profile

• Strong personality and a passion for hospitality and food service.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Upbeat, hard‑working, and flexible attitude.
• Must be over 18 years of age (due to alcohol service).
