About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cisco SD-WAN Engineer for a 3-6 month contract. The role is primarily remote, supporting a complex enterprise Cisco environment with occasional visits to UK customer sites.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex SD-WAN incidents and provide 3rd-line support.
- Maintain business-as-usual network operations.
- Assist with network changes and configuration updates.
- Deliver technical expertise across the Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela/Catalyst) estate.
Required profile
- Strong 3rd-line network support experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience supporting WAN architectures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
- CCNP Enterprise certification or equivalent is desirable.
Required skills
- Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela and Catalyst)
- Cisco routing & switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
