Civil Engineer – Project Management & Design

About the role

Join a leading consultancy in Liverpool as a Civil Engineer, working on a variety of development and infrastructure projects across the region. The role offers hands‑on involvement, client exposure and the chance to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
• Liaise with clients and provide technically robust, commercially aware solutions.
• Prepare and review designs, drawings and reports.
• Support Section Agreements including S278, S38, S185 and S104.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage or similar software while maintaining a hands‑on role across design, project management and site delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a UK civil engineering consultancy.
• Proven client liaison and project management experience.
• Practical knowledge of S278, S38, S185 and S104 agreements.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
