Civil Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join a technology‑driven consultancy delivering civil engineering and flood‑risk solutions across the UK and internationally. This full‑time permanent position is fully remote and offers a salary of £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design work on drainage, highways, external works and earthworks from feasibility through detailed design and construction.
• Collaborate closely with clients, local authorities, water authorities and other stakeholders.
• Produce high‑quality technical designs and ensure compliance with relevant approvals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of UK consultancy experience in infrastructure design.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of S278, S38 and S104 approvals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
