Civil Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Hybrid Working

About the role

Join a well‑established Devon law firm as a Civil Litigation Solicitor and take ownership of a quality caseload from day one. You will work autonomously while benefiting from a supportive team and hybrid, flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied civil litigation portfolio covering professional negligence, property & boundary disputes, contentious probate, landlord & tenant disputes, debt recovery, personal injury (RTA, EL & PL) and general civil matters.
• Handle cases from initial instruction through settlement or trial.
• Provide clear, client‑focused advice and maintain strong communication throughout each matter.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 5+ years PQE in civil litigation or dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Aspirations for long‑term progression into a senior role.
