Claims Case Handler

About the role

Davies is looking for a Property Claims Case Handler to join its Bolton team. You will own a caseload of property claims, ensuring service level agreements are met while delivering a high standard of customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage your caseload to meet SLA targets and drive cases to settlement.
• Interact with clients, customers and third‑party suppliers professionally, adhering to Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Maintain accurate records, follow internal processes and governance, and ensure data security.
• Monitor performance metrics such as phone audit scores, lifecycle metrics and audit results.

Required profile

• Relevant claims handling experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent time‑management abilities.
• Good interpersonal communication.
