Claims Executive – Corporate Client Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Claims Executive to lead the management of corporate client claims across all segments within our business. The role is highly client‑facing, acting as the main liaison between clients, broking teams, TPAs and insurers, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and with a focus on risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large corporate client claims, adhering to the Group’s Claims Operational Procedures and Acturis Best Practice Guide.
• Analyse claim data to provide defensibility, risk‑management advice and forecast trends.
• Conduct regular client claim review meetings and produce up‑to‑date management information for these sessions.
• Support Account Executives and broking teams at renewal, new‑business and prospect meetings, acting as the technical point of reference.
• Prepare and deliver claims reports for client renewals and reviews within agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with broking and new‑business colleagues to deliver high‑quality claims data, supporting client retention and new business wins.

Required profile

• Broad technical knowledge of general insurance classes and the ability to interpret policy wordings.
• Confidence to challenge insurers on policy interpretation and to escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and advise clients on preventative measures.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual.
