About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is recruiting a permanent, full-time Claims Handler for its Cardiff office on a hybrid basis. The role suits people who enjoy helping others through difficult moments, building relationships and solving problems with empathy and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through their claims from first call to final settlement
• Build strong, trusted connections with clients and insurers
• Advocate for the best outcomes for everyone involved
• Help recover uninsured losses
• Keep administration organised and the service running smoothly
• Be a reassuring voice on the client helpline
• Support the Account Executives
