About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is welcoming new Claims Handlers to its Cardiff office. The role sits in general insurance and is hybrid, with a 35-hour week. It suits people who enjoy helping people through challenging moments, building relationships and solving problems with empathy and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through their claims from first call to final settlement
• Create strong, trusted connections with clients and insurers
• Champion the best outcomes for everyone involved
• Help recover uninsured losses
• Keep admin organised and the service running smoothly
• Be a reassuring voice on the client helpline
• Support the Account Executives
