Class 1 HGV Driver – Flexible Hours

About the role

Join Ocado Logistics as a Class 1 HGV driver and help deliver groceries across the UK using our modern, safety‑focused fleet. You will operate from our large Customer Fulfilment Centres and ensure products reach regional warehouses and ultimately customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver grocery orders to and from multiple locations across the UK.
• Operate state‑of‑the‑art HGVs, some powered by natural gas, following all safety protocols.
• Work flexible shifts – 32 hours over 4 days or 40 hours over 5 days – with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using digital tachograph equipment.

Required profile

• Passion for driving and a strong safety mindset.
• Category C+E driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 10 years.
• At least 12 months of licence‑holding experience (minimum 6 months LGV experience is desirable).
• Ability to adapt to varying daily shift lengths.
