Class 1 HGV Driver – Full‑time Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV driver to join a well‑established, family‑run business in King’s Lynn. The position is full‑time, permanent and operates on a Monday‑to‑Friday day shift with no night work or London deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an arctic tipper vehicle for local agricultural grain farms and mills.
• Carry out curtainsider distribution deliveries within the East Anglia region.
• Maintain a dedicated vehicle supplied by the employer.
• Adhere to health‑and‑safety and road‑traffic regulations at all times.
• Provide reliable, flexible service with a focus on punctuality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Class 1 HGV driver, preferably in agricultural or curtainsider work.
• Local knowledge of the King’s Lynn and surrounding area is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Looking for a slower‑paced, day‑only role.

Required skills

• Valid Class 1 HGV licence.
• Full CPC qualification.
• Competence in operating arctic tipper and curtainsider vehicles.
