About the role
Looking for a full‑time Class 1 (C+E) HGV driver in Corby, Monday‑Friday day shifts with evenings and weekends off. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £16.62 (£42,302 per year) and the possibility of extra pay for night tramping.
Required profile
- A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 penalty points and no unspent endorsements (excluding speeding).
- Good knowledge of drivers’ hours regulations and the Working Time Directive.
- Professional, safety‑first mindset and pride in doing the job properly.
- Reliable, flexible, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous tramping experience is an advantage, but confident new drivers are welcome.
