About the role
Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting on behalf of a leading gas delivery company to help Class 2 drivers upskill to ADR. The role offers full ADR training, a 4‑on/2‑off shift pattern (including weekends) and the chance to deliver mini‑bulk gas across the South East.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver mini‑bulk gas to customers across the region.
- Follow a 4‑on/2‑off schedule, covering early morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
Required profile
- Hold a full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid CPC and Digi‑Tacho card.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What we offer
- Competitive weekly pay with overtime rates up to £29.75 per hour after 42.5 hours.
- £250 sign‑up bonus after the first 10 shifts.
- £20 bonus for night shifts (10 pm‑4 am) and £25 flexible shift‑swap bonus.
- Full ADR training, uniform and 24/7 support.
- Advanced payment option including holiday pay and onsite parking.
