Class 2 Driver – Blackburn

About the role

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking multiple Class 2 Drivers to join its logistics team in Blackburn. You will be responsible for delivering beverages to customers across the region, ensuring safe handling of stock and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to customer sites.
• Assist Driver’s Mates and Warehouse staff with loading and unloading.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Use local area knowledge to achieve on‑time deliveries.
• Prioritise health and safety in all activities, including manual handling of kegs.
• Unload stock at customer venues and reload empty kegs for return trips.

Required profile

• Valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence and CPC Driver Card.
• Current knowledge of the Highway Code and relevant health & safety legislation.
• Familiarity with the local region and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
