Class 2 HGV Driver – Aylesford

About the role

Join Brakes at its Aylesford depot as a Class 2 HGV Driver, delivering a range of ambient, chilled and frozen food products to customers across South East England. You will work within a supportive team, ensuring safe and on‑time deliveries while upholding the highest food‑hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers throughout the local region.
• Ensure each delivery is made safely, on schedule and complies with food‑hygiene regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete load plans for each route.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified Class 2 Driver with a valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card.
• Commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a shift system, including occasional Saturdays.
