Class 2 HGV Driver – Brighton

About the role

Join Brakes, a leading UK food business, as a Class 2 HGV Driver based in Brighton. You will operate a 45‑hour weekly shift, delivering ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the South East. The role offers a competitive salary of £40,141 per year plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food products safely, on time and to the highest hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete load plans.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to all health, safety and food safety regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified Class 2 Driver with a valid CPC card.
• Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Flexible to work a shift pattern starting around 06:00, Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday.
