About the role
We are looking for two Class 2 HGV drivers to join our refuse collection team on the PM shift (2 pm‑10 pm) in East Ham. The role is temporary and full‑time, offering a PAYE hourly rate of £18.92.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a Class 2 HGV to collect refuse from residential locations.
- Ensure timely pick‑up of waste according to the daily schedule.
- Complete accurate records of collections and perform vehicle inspections.
- Comply with all road‑safety regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Valid HGV licence with CPC and Digi‑Tacho card.
- Strong understanding of road‑safety rules and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
