About the role
Join Brakes, a leading UK food business, as a Class 2 HGV driver based in Warrington. You will transport ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region, working a 45‑hour week that includes early mornings and occasional Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food products safely, on time and in line with food‑hygiene standards.
- Prepare and follow load plans, ensuring accurate documentation for each journey.
- Maintain vehicle records, tachograph logs and CPC compliance.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Required profile
- Valid Class 2 driving licence with CPC and tachograph card.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to high‑quality service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Flexibility to work a shift system, including early starts and occasional Saturdays.
