About the role

Rivers Primary Academy, a vibrant two‑form entry primary school in Blakenall, Walsall, is looking for a dedicated Class Teacher to join its inclusive community. The successful candidate will inspire pupils, uphold high expectations, and contribute to the school’s vision of helping every child reach their full personal and academic potential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for a primary class.
• Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to monitor and promote pupil wellbeing.
• Participate in whole‑school initiatives and professional development programmes.
• Work with colleagues across the Windsor Academy Trust to share best practice.
