Classroom Support Assistant – Primary School (Warrington)

About the role
Join a friendly primary school environment in Warrington as a Classroom Support Assistant. You will work alongside teachers to create an engaging, supportive atmosphere for pupils throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities
- Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Prepare and organise classroom resources and materials.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce lesson content.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain student engagement.
- Assist teachers with the day‑to‑day running of the classroom.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and reliable with a genuine interest in supporting children.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varied needs of a busy classroom.
