Cleaner for Luxury Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain the high standards of a luxury residential development in East London. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday 8 am‑4:30 pm and Saturday 8 am‑10 am, offering a stable schedule and a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all internal communal areas, including windows, ledges, doors, and skirtings.
• Vacuum and mop communal floors, and clean carpeted areas.
• Empty, clean, and replace bins; manage large‑volume cardboard and waste removal.
• Perform regular building patrols and inspect communal spaces for cleanliness.
• Clean external communal areas, sweep courtyards, and jet‑wash floors.
• Handle manual tasks such as rotating bins and transporting waste to collection points.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably within residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to work independently and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Reliability to adhere to the specified working hours and schedule.
