Cleaner – Holiday Homes

About the role

Join Parkdean Resorts as a Cleaner and help create a spotless, welcoming environment for guests staying in our holiday homes. You will work hands‑on to maintain the high‑quality standards that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Clean holiday homes to company brand standards, ensuring safety and presentation.
• Manage your own workload to complete the required number of cleans within allocated time.
• Use company‑supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely, following COSHH guidelines.
• Provide friendly guest service, addressing queries quickly and minimizing disruption.
• Act on feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
• Report any faults, repairs or issues to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Capability to work at a fast pace while following detailed cleaning plans.
• Positive and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and team members.

Required skills

• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
• Proficient use of standard cleaning equipment and supplies.
