Cleaner – Housing Association (Buxton & High Peak)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to join Adullam Homes Housing Association in Buxton and High Peak. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for young people transitioning to independent living.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across supported accommodation properties.
• Carry out full void turnarounds, ensuring rooms and communal areas are ready for new residents.
• Support the creation of a positive living environment for looked‑after and care‑leaver tenants.
• Contribute to the Association’s values, culture and ethos.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the UK.
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (adult and child) and reference checks.
• Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to work 22.5 hours per week on site.
