Cleaner – Nursery (Part‑time)

About the role

Joining Little Pioneers is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a safe, hygienic environment for children in its nursery. This part‑time position works closely with the nursery team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain spotless and hygienic nursery spaces, including classrooms, play areas and bathrooms.
• Collaborate with the nursery staff to ensure cleaning schedules align with daily activities.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage waste disposal and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by the employer).
• Willingness to learn or existing knowledge of COSHH requirements.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Understanding of Health and Safety practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Health and Safety compliance.
