Cleaner – Production Facility (Part‑time)

About the role

Eakin Healthcare is seeking a part‑time Cleaner to join its production facility in Comber. The role involves maintaining high hygiene standards across the production floor, warehouse, canteens and toilets, primarily within a regulated clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene standards on the production floor, warehouse, canteens and toilets.
• Complete cleaning schedules and checklists within set timeframes.
• Operate an industrial floor cleaner safely.
• Handle cleaning products in line with safety data sheets.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
• Segregate waste for recycling where appropriate and adhere to health, safety and hygiene rules.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience in an industrial environment (preferred).
• Training related to COSHH or health and hygiene (beneficial).
• Ability to work well in a team and take pride in work.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting or carrying out quality checks (desirable).

Required skills

• Operation of industrial floor cleaner.
• Handling cleaning products according to safety data sheets.
