Cleaner – Residential & Commercial

About the role

Our client is a mother‑and‑daughter‑run cleaning company established in 2024, offering high‑quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients across Hertfordshire. They are seeking reliable, hardworking and detail‑focused professional cleaners to join their growing team and help maintain clean, safe and welcoming environments.

Key responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial properties to a high standard, including floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and disinfect, and maintain high‑touch areas to ensure good hygiene.
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
• Complete tasks efficiently according to schedules and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working across different properties and environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
