About the role
We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at a busy Royal Mail site in Preston. This temporary position offers stable, ongoing work for individuals who take pride in keeping operational areas spotless.
Key responsibilities
- Clean sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets and office spaces.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in high‑traffic environments.
- Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Complete routine cleaning checklists and report any site needs.
- Work independently or as part of a cleaning team across large areas.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
- Reliability and good time‑keeping.
Required skills
What we offer
- Working hours: 07:00‑14:00, Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour.
- Duration: 8‑10 weeks, start date ASAP.
